ONGOING PEST CONTROL SERVICE

Exterior barrier treatment includes one interior treatment on request only. $25 for each additional unit. Target pests for this service, include ants, spiders, fleas, silverfish, earwigs, and pantry pests. **Maybe slightly higher initial in the case of a very heavy infestation.

ONE TIME PEST CONTROL SERVICE

Exterior barrier treatment and/or interior treatment with a 30-day warranty. Target pests include ants, cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, and pantry pests.

Apartment units/Condos - $99 with a 30-day warranty.
Single-family houses - $149 with a 30-day warranty.

**Maybe slightly higher in the case of a very heavy infestation. 

BEE TREATMENT

Up to one story: $175 (30-day warranty)
Up to two stories: $255 (30-day warranty)
Over two stories: Bid on Request
Hive removal: Bid on Request (one year warranty)

RODENTS

Trapping Service - Includes rodent removal and monitoring for 30 days.
Rats = $175 minimum | Mice = $150 minuimum

Exclusion Service - Bid on Request.
Bait boxes - $25 per box setup fee plus control service fee.
Control Services - Rodent Only (see pest service pricing.) OR Add-on to Pest Control Service ($5.00 per box).

TERMITES

The property MUST be inspected first. Treatment options available for both Drywood Termites and Subterranean Termites include Wole Structure Fumigation, Local Treatments, and Soil Treatments.

BED BUGS

The property MUST be inspected first. Treatment options include Whole Structure Fumigation and Residual Pesticide Application.

ANIMAL TRAPPING SERVICES

The animal trapping service for raccoons, skunks, and opossums is NOT offered by Chelsea Pest & Termite Control due to Fish & Wildlife license requirements and animal disposal regulations.
