We do not charge for inspections and service quotes. Depending on the pest and treatment recommended, our technicians can usually start the service the same day as the inspection.

There is no charge for rodent inspection quotes. Our technicians will need to assess the issue and decide the best options to eradicate the rodents. We may suggest trapping, exterior bait boxes, and rodent exclusion. (Sealing up entry points such as vents screens, pipe penetrations, door sweeps, etc). Treatment will depend on how the rodents are getting inside, or if they are just on the exterior.

We also suggest keeping any trees or shrubs trimmed back from touching the structure to keep rodents from climbing up to access the home.

The property MUST be inspected before treatment is done. Treatment options available for both Drywood Termites and Subterranean Termites include Whole Structure Fumigation, Local Treatments, and Soil Treatments.

General Target pests for this service include ants, roaches, spiders,  silverfish, earwigs, and pantry pests.

We offer monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly pest control services. These services include an exterior perimeter barrier treatment of the home. Interiors are included upon request only.

Exterior barrier treatment and/or interior treatment with a 30-day warranty.  General Target pests include ants, cockroaches, spiders, silverfish, earwigs, and pantry pests.

We also offer services for rodents, bees, bed bugs, fleas, and other specialty pest treatments.
